Elizabeth Johnson

PCA
She/Her

Elizabeth became a counselor because, whether working in the school setting or in a private setting, she has always been passionate about working with young people and adults as they build skills that help bring about long-term positive growth and meaningful change.  Elizabeth believes that creating a safe space with authentic connection is essential and that it allows clients to thrive and be able to pursue their goals of wellness.

Before becoming a counselor, Elizabeth worked as a school counselor for many years in Oregon and Washington which provided her the opportunity to closely collaborate with students, families and educators.  In this role, she worked with students to develop personal/social, career and academic skills, while also supporting them as they further expanded their executive functioning skills.  She thoroughly enjoyed supporting youth as they developed self-advocacy and tapped into their own resiliency.

Elizabeth has lived in Bend since 2026.  Having grown-up in Oregon, she has always loved to vacation year-round in Central Oregon, with its incredible access to the outdoors, sunshine and delicious food.  Bend has proven to be a wonderful fit for Elizabeth and her family.

Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and their doodle, Maple, as well as family and close friends.  She especially finds joy running, hiking, adventuring outside year-round, exploring Bend’s food scene and cheering on her daughters in their various sports and activities!

Elizabeth is consistently humbled by the privilege of walking alongside clients as they move toward empowerment and wellness.
